But no less important, since negativity, high (self)-criticism, lack of self-worth are associated with cardiovascular disease, overweight, burnout, mental health problems, autoimmune diseases, rapid aging and even cancer!

On the contrary, the smart choice of positive mindset can seriously improve biomarkers and reverse aging

So, If we don't manage the mind, the mind will manage us! ​

Therefore, after getting sleep & relaxation right, creating positive self-image and constructive internal dialogue

The "MENTAL System" SEMINAR:​​​​​

During this seminar we first will offer a deep understanding of why our minds are prone to negativity. What is the evolutionary role of the mental system? Why and how the mind is taking over our reality? What is Mindfulness? The masculine yang energy. We'll touch upon the science of Neuroplasticity, through understanding of which we can learn and practice shifting to positive thinking and constructive internal dialogue. We'll delve into Psychosomatics to find out how a lack of self-worth and forgiveness can affect us.

The "MENTAL System" WORKSHOP:​

Together we will develop personal Affirmations to practice positive thinking and self-empowerment. We will also practice Visualization of who you really desire to be. Tips and tricks will be shared to help stay positive and forgiving in every-day life.

The "MENTAL System" TASKS:

At the end, the list of the tasks will be shared, and do's & don'ts for the coming month to help establish a constructive internal dialogue as the new "normal".

Support is essential in the self-healing process. On Sundays we will meet to share personal experience, to get inspired by the experience of others, and ask all the questions.
